Sustainability is a core value of Spherical Block and we believe these systems provide the most sustainable construction method on the market.

The thermal mass properties of a full masonry building envelope dramatically decrease the amount of energy required to maintain a proper indoor temperature.  These buildings naturally stay cool in the summer and maintain warmth in the winter.

There are some very promising new technologies addressing the carbon footprint of concrete and we look forward to future collaborations.  One of our NSF peers has found a way to cure block without the need to heat it.
